Dynamic tension is often called isometrics but it really isn't.

Isometrics involve tension but no movement whatsoever. Like pulling up against a chair that you're sitting on.
There are some isometric exercises in the Dynamic Tension course but they do not make up the majority of exercises in that ...

Lesson 11, The Wrist and Fingers

I was just wondering what some of your results have been like from Lesson 11, The Wrist and Fingers. I've always liked the feeling of building up my hands and forearms.

Don't worry so much about numbers. It's not necessary to constantly be setting new personal records. Just make a habit of doing the exercises regularly and eventually the improvements will come. Relax.

5 reps, 10 reps, 15 reps, 20 reps
Total = 50 reps.
Two or three circuits in the morning and one or two at night and you've got 200 reps a day.
Easy.
