Hi Alan.
At the moment I am aiming to train twice daily but usually only managing once and aiming to trian seven days a week but ussaully end up having the weekend off. But at least my time off is consistant ( evenings and weekends) which I feel yealds better results than inconsistancy.

Nothing can replace the Dips. They are not just a chest excercise but they develope the triceps and shoulders as well. Even the lower back is kept tense to prevent the stomach from touching the floor and the stomach is kept tense to prevent the back from arching upwards.

Once the initial 12 Lesson course has been completed I would not suggest that anyone ever does a single daily workout that does not include the Dips, Squats, Crunches (upper abs) or Knee raisers (lower abs). Even the Perpetual excercises no. 5 (lower back) and no.6 (Bicepts) are pretty important ...

Thats good advice, we all need to take the odd day off from time to time but rather than allow yourself to feel dissheartened about your missed session it is far better to turn a day or a weekend off into a positive thing by seeing it as a necessary recovery day, allowing your body to recuperate and ...

Hi gang. I completed the full 12 lesson course about four years ago but havn't managed to be able to stick with the daily "Perpetual" course athough I keep restarting every few months or so even leaving it for over a year once.
