Hi all,
I just started the DT course and I have a few quetions:
1. In the first lesson it says to do the exercises for 10-12 reps or until tired. Most of the instructions say continue until tired, so when do I apply the 10-12 reps? what I mean is are ther certain exercises that I just do 10-12 reps ...
