We always go outside unless weather is too bad. Outdoors in the fresh air and sun are added bonuses.

Henry I heard that the old course was mailed out monthly that the lessons were longer going through the whole course. It’s always good at times to make changes body adapts to workout after awhile. It’s good to go through the entire course as laid out then onto perpetual lesson. After following ...

It is always a good idea to go back through the entire course different times to change things up and help to stay fresh. Especially if you never went through the complete course before.

I feel great all the training I do various martial arts , etc find need to ease back a little old injuries don’t recoup like young days. That’s why I said about restarting course with lesson 1,2,3 for 2 weeks and then add lesson 4 for 2 weeks then drop add lesson 5 till all the way through to ...

About to restart course over like from day one. Any others do the same from time to time to give it a reboot? Also going to start cycling workouts on some days to help recuperation . Still train 6 days but m-w-f push the reps and tension as much as possible with out straining. Then t-th- s cut back ...

Sometimes it’s hard to remember where we are today verses where we were. More so if you been active all your life and in shape. This is the best way thought start a little today if that’s all you can in time it will pay off.

Henry , i remember the film being advertised but never saw it. He even wrote a book while in prison on exercise dont no anything about his book. Did you see the movie ? How was it if you did.
