Squats, if it's just the bodyweight aren't that hard. I managed to crank out 500 while I was doing supermarket work. Of course then I couldn't move and called in sick the next day... but I couldn't rep out 50 push ups at the moment if I wanted to so I think it shows that legs have a huge reserve for ...

It's interesting because when I read about the routine of wrestler Chris Jericho, he had advocated doing high repetition schemes like this. This is a major attraction of this program to me. It's sort of like how elastic tubes have the portability advantage over weights, and dynamic tension has that even moreso.
