GREAT MOUNTAIN WORKOUT

I went to visit my son in the mountians of Utah. Afterward went to Bear Lake Utah at about 6500 feet. Woke up, saw the sun rising over the mountains and did my DT excercise's. With the sun coming up over the mountians and the clean fresh mountian air my DT took on a whole new feeling of being invigo...

ARE MY GAINS THE NORM

I am 62 years old. I have been doing the Atlas program for 5 months. I have gained 1/2 inch in my chest and 1/4 inch in my arms, thighs and calves. I work out every other day and do the perpetual exercise's on the off days. I also do morning exercise's every morning. Are my gains the norm?

I know the feeling. I too only have one day off a week. I get up one hour before i would normally and work out. I also manage to do dips,toe raises and bicep exercises at work. It is hard but the gains are worth it for me...good luck

I read your post, are you alternating workouts with the PL workouts or do you do this workout everyday.

I am 62 and find that everyother day is the best for me. My shoulders hurt much less this way. I do the perpetual excerises on the off days once in the morning and once at night.
