And yes, press-ups are the same as push-ups. Some people do now call them push-ups over here but I like to stay old scool.

I've finally bought the course and am genuinely impressed. I went swimming after a couple of weeks doing lesson one. I have never been a strong "sweet" stroke swimmer but was going for over 30 minutes and only stopped because the pool was closing. I can only put this down to the Atlas cour...

Worth the extra cash?
Would anyone recommend buying the Atlas bok over the download? I'm ordering from the UK and, since the £ isn't as strong againt the $ as it used to be, the price difference is quite significant. Just want to know if it's worth paying the extra cash.
