Need Encouragement
OK fellow Atlas People. Its been incredibly hot here -- sometimes as much as 112. I have not been doing my walks as faithfully as I should. I have gained weight. I don't feel well. I have also not been doing my workouts as faithfully as I should. I tried bodylastics and it was a disaster. Besides ...

Bodylastics disaster

Re: 95 and going strong
It is now 2011. The man I spoke of is now 98, and he is just as strong as he was a few years ago. Its an amazing story.

Re: Hardest Lesson To Learn
For me, the hardest lesson to learn Lesson Two: Nutrition. I love coffee, mustard, spices, salt, vinegar, etc. Honestly, I have never been able to live the Atlas nutrition rules for a single day. If you are a Southerner and grew up in South Louisiana eating delicious Cajun food, drinking extremely ...

95 and going strong

You have to walk up steps to get to it. One of my deacons, who is 95 years old, walked unassisted up the steps to pray over a young ...

Re: Atlas Dog
Your post reminded me of a story I heard on the A&E Atlas video. When the court case was going on between Atlas and Hoffman, the attorney for Hoffman asked Atlas if his dog did DT. He was apparently mocking Atlas' story about discovering DT at the New York Zoo watching the lion's pit one muscle ...

Trophy Winner 1936
If you want to see what the Atlas course can do for you, take a look at the Atlas Trophy winner from 1936. His name was William McMaster, and he may have even had as good a physique as Atlas himself. I came across his obituary while surfing the internet the other day. The following is a quote from a ...
