Re: Favorite Atlas Exercise
Well, the chair dip has to be my most favorite and the most popular exercise of the DT course. I also like the Atlas squat as well. That is a very effective exercise if done as Atlas advised to do....very slowly. But, like you, also love the handstand exercise as emonstrated in the free gifts ...

Re: New member results
Those are very good results. If you follow the advice of Atlas, as far as diet goes, you probably can't go wrong. I'm way behind the time as far as nutrition goes, so every bit of advice helped me. Just think, this has been available for a long time, too.

Vitamins
Does anyone here take any vitamins? I am lost when it comes to this. My diet is pretty good, so I am sure I get a lot of the vitamins and minerals I need, but I would like to be sure, though. Anyone here that dabbles with vitamins/supplements that could give any siggestions, especially advising what ...

Re: Walking
Well, I find a combo of both walking and running to be the perfect fit for me. I especially love to do sprints up slopes and grades in the road. Mr. Atlas was very well ahead of his time. I wouldn't run more than a mile and a half, though. This would keep the stress down on the joints. A nice brisk ...

I'm sorry. I signed my name Chris at the bottom of my post. I was speaking to my nephew, whose name happens to be Chris as I was ending my post and signing it. My name is Wayne, hehe!

Re: Throughout The Day....
Well, I do my DT in the morning and then I do my walking/running, as described in the DT course in the evening. I find this to be quite accomodative for me. I only do DT once daily, though. DT along with walking/running is the perfect combo.

Hello Everyone
I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Wayne and I am 35 years old. I found this place by chance and I am glad I did. I am a practitioner of DT and I love it! As far as any one single system goes, there is truly none like it. Hoping to learn a lot here. Good luck to all with DT.
