Stilll doing the course its part of my daily routine. kept the diet well, kept the walking stretching and breathing going and still reading uplifting passage every morning. Great stuff

Hi, I would just like to say that i have finished the formal course and am now on to the daily perpetual exercises. The course has been great. I have recently been Camping and wrote my current routiine down and took it with me. I had sheep on one side and horses on the other haha. I did the routine every day !

The course is great because you can do it anywhere, you don,t need any equipment and you can totally get as much tension as you want by just adjusting the pressure.
