I eat all organic. It's not even that much more expensive if you appreciate it and eat less. I can't stand genetically modified food like tomatoes. Disgusting.

Does anyone here take any vitamins? I am lost when it comes to this. My diet is pretty good, so I am sure I get a lot of the vitamins and minerals I need, but I would like to be sure, though. Anyone here that dabbles with vitamins/supplements that could give any siggestions, especially advising ...

I mentioned canola oil here because on another thread the FORUMADMIN frowned upon it being one of the good "C's." I have read that cancer patients shouldn't consume it.
