Re: Sciatica pain relief - prevention

Thank you Henry for your response.
It seems I was doing too much forward bending and not enough backward.
I found a method, which is practically a set of backward bending exercises (similar to some yoga movements) and helped me relieve pain really fast.

Sciatica pain relief - prevention

Hello, I am suffering from sciatica pain (pain that comes from lower back and runs through the butt and outside of the leg) for the last two weeks. It came suddenly, I was working on my motorcycle (no heavy lifting but a lot of bending) and about an hour or two later this pain came. The first days i...

Re: Happy Earth Day

Happy Earth Day!
I'm walking and bicycling.
In fact, I am trying to commute as often as possible walking or bicycling to work. It's a great way to do the daily aerobic doing something practical (like getting to work) at the same time.

Re: A Marvel Of A Man

I grew up reading every Marvel title (Spider-man, Captain America, Iron Man, X-Men, etc, etc), almost every episode of them written by Stan Lee back then. Stan Lee was a great man with limitless fantasy and strong ethics. I think that much of Marvel success is based on Stann Lee's superhero characte...

It's our responsibility as an Atlas student and as a stronger human being to help our not so strong fellow humans when they are in need.

Music bath

Charles Atlas, in chapter 1 recommends a daily "music bath" as he calls it.
He also draws our attention to "listen to good music".
Do we know what kind of music Charles Atlas used to listen and recommend?
