Re: You can make your exercises a success or a miserable fai
The exercises are fun if you do them as directed, training and not straining. That is the real key, and hard for us to learn, due to the constant barrage of the "no pain, no gain" philosophy. Follow The Course As Written
The Atlas Course should be followed as written. Improvisation is not needed, as it is complete within itself. I have learned this the hard way. My wife and her brother go hiking every Saturday morning for about 3 hours, the snow here in SW Ontario doesn't stop them. They plan to do the Camino de Santiago trail this Summer, 791 km (490 miles).

3 sets of 50 reps each. I'm 21 years younger than you, so I don't know what advice to give you. I've done the fewer reps and more sets routine before, and it seems to work too. If going back and forth from doing higher reps and fewer sets and lower reps and more sets works for you, then by all ...

Re: Merry Christmas And Happy New Year!
A belated MERRY CHRISTMAS to all! New Year's resolutions? Well, I'm not into that anymore, but if I were, I'd resolve to keep on pressing own with faithfully practicing physical culture according to the principles laid out in Charles Atlas Dynamic Tension course, and to do a better job this year at ...
