The exercises are fun if you do them as directed, training and not straining. That is the real key, and hard for us to learn, due to the constant barrage of the "no pain, no gain" philosophy. Also, the latest rage is high intensity training, short intense workouts. In a short time, you get...

Follow The Course As Written

The Atlas Course should be followed as written. Improvisation is not needed, as it is complete within itself. I have learned this the hard way. Constantly trying to increase reps, training to failure, eventually burns you out, and can cause injury. So a word to the wise, follow the course as written.
