Re: Water

I tend not to drink plain water but have made an effort to do so. I sometimes use an online diet tracker which has an area just for water by the cup, it also tracks water in food. I heat a cup of water in the microwave for 40 secs, since I don't drink cold. I also microwave my unsweetened soy milk ...

Re: Hard Work

I go to a senior centre fitness room 4 times a week, what I do nobody does except the young staff I challenge to various calisthenics like deep knee bends. I challenged a young student guy to do 40 deep knee bends, either in sets of 10 or 20 and see how that feels the next day. I was explaining to ...

Re: The Beach

I've lived on the West and East Coast of Canada for years and spent much time on the beaches especially when our two kids were small. Nowadays we live near the Great Lakes Ontario, and walking the sandy beaches is something we do. We're not onto sunbathing our thing is walking a lot and exploring.

Re: Take care of your body

I go to a senior centre most mornings and see the folks who haven't looked after their health and fitness. Most are way overweight and there because now a doctor will tell them to move for 20 mins a day and they sit on a machine and watch TV.

Me friend who just turned 76 has started to use a ...
