I don't know if this question has ever been asked or answered here on this forum. I was just wondering if someone here could estimate what Charles Atlas's bodyfat percentage was in his prime. Does anyone here have any idea?

I like to do an image search on google to help inspire me. Also I find reading the Atlas AD copy very inspirational. It also helps to read the Atlas historical stuff, such as the magazine articles. Another thing I find inspirational is the Gaines biography of Atlas.
