I saw the show and was impressed by the way Mr. Hogue calmly offered a solution to the problem. He simply said that he would pay the bill that the "Dine and Dash" bandits had left. What was more impressive was the explanation he gave. He is 100% correct - people need to take positive actio...

Alan,

Nice post. I wish you success with Dynamic Tension. It's just the tonic for someone with a less than physical job to help them from becoming sedate. Keep posting your progress as it will inspire others.

When situps are done as dmonstrated by Atlas in the course, the abs get an awesome workout. While I can do sets of 20 with crunches, the Atlas situp is more difficult to do. All are done s-l-o-w so it really works the abs. If you do them too fast, the rocking motion may hurt the lower back and do li...

Hey BodyBYAtlas - great post. As another "49er" is great to see what you have accomplished. True as you said, weightlifting builds muscle...at a cost. I lifted for years and built a great physique, but now I feel it in the knees (squats) shoulders (military press) wrist and elbows (curls)....
