The great thing about the Atlas training is it works WHEN you can, WHEREVER you can. There is no need to go to a gym or a particular place with equimpment. Hopefully those that are displaced have been exposed to the "Atlas method" and are fitter and able to address their needs. They can continue ...

Henry, I used to do similar when I was on the road for my job. Most hotels I stayed in had a desk or table for the "business" traveler. Lay down grab the table top or shelf and pull.

Good job Greg. And your right, the first time through it takes a bit to get the feel for the exercises. There are some that you wonder if you're doing them right. After doing them awhile one figures out exactly what is meant as you change things slightly.

Excellent Curdog. The Atlas system promotes all around fitness. There are plenty of buff folks at the gym who can't climb a few flights of stairs let alone a mountain.
