That's kind of cool Henry. Looks like your daughter is quite the artist. Mine is as well. In my case the talent skipped a generation.

Re: second time through

Good job Greg. And your right, the first time through it takes a bit to get the feel for the exercises. There are some that you wonder if you're doing them right. After doing them awhile one figures out exactly what is meant as you change things slightly.

Emfermi,

That is a great and motivating story. Congratulation on your achievement. The harder something is to achieve, the more satisfaction you feel when you do!

Thanks for sharing, Rocky. The positive attitude that you mention is one of the best things going for the Charles Atlas course. I'm a big Dale Carnegie fan too.

Re: Climbing Mt. Sinai

Excellent Curdog. The Atlas system promotes all around fitness. There are plenty of buff folks at the gym who can't climb a few flights of stairs let alone a mountain.

Hang in their Sailordave. There are many definitions of strong that you are meeting right now regardless of how your Atlas training is going.

Wishing you a Merry Christmas and better times ahead for you and your family.

Re: The Atlas system versus Weight Training

Wow Paradise68. That's quite a post and you imply there is more to come.

Reading through it I have seen the same scenario played out in several people I know. I'm sorry for what you went through. You are obviously wise enough to see what happened and on the right track yourself.
