Tai Chi? This weekend I'm going to the tai chi festival at the new tai chi farm near Warwick NY. I have always wanted to go to this and now I am finally going! Tai Chi and Atlas go well together!

Farewell to Summer

So here we are in the last week of August. It's been a good summer but lots of work for me. Not as much time off as I would have liked but I am thankful to have a good job and I'm not complaining! It's always better to keep a good attitude don't you think? Our man Atlas would have agreed with me.

I have been skeptical about the cold shower advice, and never did that part of the course. I know lots of folks do it, there is even one school of thought that says you should pour a bucket of cold water over your head every morning! Nice to hear that someone is doing it and finding it a good thing....

2012 is here, and it will be a good one!
Let's all resolve to continue with our DT and not give in to sloth! It's up to you to determine who you will be at the end of the year. Better? Stay the same? Hopefully not Worse! Make a good decision, and go with it!
