Sunbathing the bare back for just a few minutes 3 times a week without sunblock will boost testosterone production by 150%. So I have read. I have tried sunbathing to boost it, and it seems to work. Consuming saw palmetto berries is said to boost testosterone production. I don't know by how much.

That's a wonderful testimony Alan. Charles Atlas maintained himself all the way to the end using Dynamic Tension, and so can everybody else. Age is no excuse to not practice Charles Atlas' Dynamic Tension course.

When following the course the first time, one should try to work out morning and evening, but it isn't absolutely necessary. Excellent results can still be achieved with just one work out a day, or even every other day. In my opinion, the results will be longer in coming with the less frequent worko...

I've done 180 in one set before. I prefer 3 sets of 50 in each workout.

Cucumbers are one of the least nutritional vegetables there is. But I like them. I don't go overboard on them. I'm not much of a cook. I just boil, bake or roast.
