I agree with all of you. Look at how Charles atlas did them, emulate it, and if they cause you problems, adjust the way you do them until you find a way that doesn't bother you. Be careful to not be overzealous in the beginning. Some things you don't want to learn the hard way.

When I started. I could only do 3 dips in one set. I eventually got to where I can do 180 in one set. I also found myself pushing a semi up hill about 200 feet.

Unfortunately, not everyone's job can accommodate this practice. A truck driver, while he's behind the wheel, is an example.
