Re: How Do You Do The Perpetual Lesson?

Tom, when you say "the others days I do lessons 1-12", do you mean: a) you do lessons 1 and 12 or b) you do selected exercises from lessons 1 to 12?

BTW, all you guys are very inspiring!!!

I like to include how I felt after a workout, how each exercise felt, if something is hurting or I am having trouble with some...

Re: How Do You Do The Perpetual Lesson?

Bridge, I will lay down what I am currently doing. It is important to mention that I have divided my workout days in push/pull days & legs/core days. I do each every other day in the evenings, having a total of 3 each per week. In the mornings I always do the same exercises from Monday to Saturd...

I put a lot of effort in all the skills that were taught, specially the handstand. But the results were very discouraging. I coul...

Re: Cold showers

Oh, what would I do without my morning cold shower. It really kicks the energy in for good!!!! No wonder that lesson is called "Water: The True Tonic Of Life" ;) Even for someone who does not exercise, I am sure that lesson will make a huge difference in their life.

Re: How Do You Measure Up To Charles Atlas?

In my experience and of my buddies, wrist and ankle measurements have remained constant. My guess is that variations in the size of these might come around due to calcium reserves (ie bone density).
