By now I have worked up to 5 half handstand pushups (I just descend half), done for two sets. The first set is a handstand hold of one minute, just to prepare those muscles for the push-ups 8-) I am planning on getting the number up to 10 before trying to dip fully. Simonjr, Lesson 7 can be put into practice right off the bat because it does not include any exercises, just the value of water and how to apply it. If only for medical reasons, jump right into it!!!!!

I live in Peru and heard about Charles Atlas from my uncle. His passion for exercise and fondness for Dynamic Tension made such an impact on me that I decided to give it a try. I was hooked from the first day. Along the years, I have come across many things, but none is as complete as the DT course....

Ware, I could not agree more. BTW, I have now worked up to a 45 second hold. I am very excited because I am getting closer to my goal of trying handstand push-ups
