Re: Hydration

To help me keep hydrated I bought a natural type amino acid blend and electrolyte powder, has coconut water powder and Himalayan pink salt in it. Makes me drink a bottle of water when working out.

Re: Never too old

I remember in 1974 starting at a yoga studio, my teacher was 47 at the time, the same age as my mom. I told my mom she should get into some yoga and she would say "ack! it's too late for that", which now that I'm 70 is a ridiculous way to think. Had she took my advice her health could have been so ...

I noticed these metal rings in a row on the play gym so went over and grabbed them, lifted my feet till they hooked the top bar, I think I could of hung upside down but did 5 pull-ups instead. There's a football area ...

Sad today seeing younger people not into physical jobs and coast around on them electric rides. I read about overweight young adults who are obese and want to get fit and lose ...

Re: Negative or Positive Thinking

The Chinese Yin/Yang symbol shows negative and positive in balance, it rotates so sometimes Yang is on top the Yin will be. Sometimes my negative is positive, like in constructive criticism.

Sacroiliac Joint

It's been awhile getting back to Yoga since my inflamed sacrum area of 2022.

My apartment building has a PT leading Yoga in our common room Mondays and Wednesdays at 1:30 pm (free), start back into doing the hour class today and get back in the groove.
