Re: Canada Covid

My City isn't very high risk, and new cases are in hospitals and nursing homes where staff have been careless. I go to hot yoga and the distancing for mats are marked and 8 person max, masks off once on your mat. I also go to a senior centre gym twice a week, at 7am there's only 3 of us in there, st...

Oat M*lk

Re: Food tracking

I stopped tracking as it was just to see what I would eat to try for that much calories and protein. in a 4 week period I rarely went over 2000 calories and protein rarely went over the 100g mark. don't strain yourself

In England it was a common saying to lazy people "don't strain yourself" meaning get to to work. I find at 68 recovery can be longer, I do a lot of leg exercises and nature trail walking, sometimes a bit sore. Today's focus was doing mainly legs. generally doing 4 sets of 20 each leg exercise. I hav...

Food tracking

When I was working I made all my food for work in advance, and eat very well. After I retired I slacked off with a regular diet plan, recently started tracking my food with an online food tracker. Several weeks ago went back to 100% vegan, increased my exercise routine and started tracking everythin...

In China, Tai Chi is like an Olympic event, look up Tai Chi competition, you'll see it's not the old folks thing most think of. My Tai Chi is fairly advanced, I use the movements for mobility and balance. Tai Chi is actually a martial art, but in the West it has become more of an exercise method. Ti...
