I was telling my Yoga teacher about how Charles Atlas does handstand push-up on a piano stool, since she gave options to do a handstand during the class, not me but a much younger athletic guy did. My teachers dad is from New York and lives there, she recently visited.

One of my Yoga teachers is having free classes uptown every Wednesday at the market outdoor area. She's also collecting donations like socks and other things for the homeless, my moment in the Sun.

Some people are not doing well, at 69 it's great to not have any health or physical issues. I see many over 70 in real rough shape and it's very sad, some we help as much as we can.

I went to a 75 minute advanced yoga class yesterday and takes about 30 mins one way 2.5k, I'll be doing that every Thursday at 9am. My apartment building has a fitness room, although my wife and I walk a lot outside we also use the treadmill.
