THE MOST SQUATS A DO ON IN ONE GO IS 100.

MAINLY BECAUSE OF A DODGY KNEE, IF I DO TOO MANY MY KNEE SWELLS UP, THEN I HAVE PROBLEMS FOR A FEW DAYS.

IT IS A NICE GOAL TO BE ABLE TO DO THAT THOUGH, WHAT ABOUT YOU ?

I WOULD TRY AS BEST YOU CAN, TO STICK WITH THE COURSE,

YOU ARE LAYING THE FOUNDATIONS FOR FUTURE EXERCISES, AND DEVELOPMENT.

I WOULD SUGGEST CHANGING THINGS AFTER YOU HAVE GONE THROUGH THE COURSE, AT LEAST ONCE.

COMING FROM A FIGHTING BACKGROUND.

I FOUND ONE OF THE HARDEST THINGS TO STICK WITH IS "TRAIN DON'T STRAIN ". WHEN I GOT IT, THINGS WERE SO MUCH EASIER AND ENJOYABLE TO DO.

SOME OF US TRAIN TWICE DAILY AND MORE.

THE ONLY WEIGHTS I USE THESE DAYS, SMALL HAND WEIGHTS 1 POUND, FOR PUNCHING DRILLS AND A 8 POUND MEDICINE BALL, FOR THE ABS AND CHEST AREA, KIND OF LIKE GETTING HIT. ALL THE REST IS" DYNAMIC TENSION"
