How Do You Do The Perpetual Lesson?

Do you do all the reps in one set?

Do You do them in many sets?

Do you do them pyramid style?

Do you do them morning and evening"

Do you do them just in the morning?

Do you do them just in the evening?

Please post your preferred method.

Re: HAPPY THANKSGIVING - WHAT ARE YOU THANKFUL FOR

I am thankful for my good health, which has been maintained through the years by following the Charles Atlas program. Without good health, which is our greatest wealth, life is not truly enjoyable.

Re: Jack LaLanne

Men like Charles Atlas and Jack Lalanne are hard to replace. They were both men of character and dedication, who walked the walk, as well as talked the talk.

RIP Atlasman

Rich, known as Atlasman, on this forum and on the old Atlas forum, has passed away. He was a lifelong advocate of the Dynamic Tension system, and a fierce defender of the legacy of Charles Atlas. May he rest in peace, and may the Perpetual Light shine upon him. He will be missed.
