I don't follow any strict eating rules, I eat when I'm hungry. Sometimes I'll have a bacon, Oktoberfest sausage and fried eggs sandwich. I generally eat healthy but I never pig out.

I gained 24lbs in 4 months just by drinking whole milk with meals and between, about 8 litres a week.

I have no trouble waking up dead on the dot without an alarm at 5:18am. I sleep on a Futon.

I have a pull-up bar that I test my strength on, also I work on a building site so can test myself with odd objects to lift.

Although there is the set workouts such as what you do early and what you do later towards evening, but also apply yourself at all times. I work as a labourer, so if I'm carrying material up or down stairs, it not just a chore but part of training, you connect with what your body is doing, your work...

There's a lot of bodyweight systems on-line but none have what is in the Dynamic Tension System, with the exception of a couple of copy cats, who don't have the complete variety of exercises anyways. The other systems seem to be fast as possible in a short time, not into that and extreme gymnastics,...
