Hi every one I have been researching Charles Atlas reading books checking the net etc I find not only is the exercise great but the life and times of CA is very interesting as well helping me keep inspired and interested in the course I even have a small collection of books and an old London course ...

I read a book by a guy who got keep into bodybuilding (the extreme kind) for a while. Can't remember the name just now. There was nothing healthy about it whatsoever. He dieted so severely to get definition, his bodyfat got so low it hurt his feet to walk. Didn't have enough fat to pad the bottoms ...

Google maps has a distance measuring feature. I used it to plot out my route. I'm not actually up to the walking lesson but figured I'd work up to it. I can take a fairly long lunch break so I walk around city blocks. Have to stop sometimes, which is not ideal. This winter I'll probably go back to ...

It really makes a difference walking the dogs the looks I get as there sitting there waiting for me to finish my DT is a laugh !
