I've never tried goats milk but have had goat cheese.
My fave cheese is Edam, great on bread, toast one side first under grill, flip add cheese and grill under broiler till browned a little and bubbly.

Re: Getting rid of belly fat ~ easy
Henry, how tall are you? A bit over 5" 9" still just under 140 lbs and I think I'll keep it there. If I try to bulk up to gain muscle size I end up with belly fat again. At 62 I'm not out to follow some mass gaining diet of bodybuilders, but keep a clean healthy diet and a good sensible f...

Re: Milk
I prefer whole milk and will be going back to whole milk next shopping day. In Canada we buy bulk milk in bags, I bag contain 3 smaller bags which = 4 liters, each fit in a special jug, milk is cheaper that way. I have my milk and have also gone back to my usual eating for weight/muscle gain and rea...

Re: Getting rid of belly fat ~ easy
I take a 50+ vitamin and mineral tab, 1 or 2 fish oil caps and a vitamin D tab every morning plus a tablespoon of whey isolate on my breakfast cereal. My diet goal was to lose belly fat and I did, not that anyone sees me shirtless. I don't think I need to be that slim and may eat to gain weight agai...

Re: Come on, let's get this party started!
I need to drop 80 pounds of fat, at least. I was listening to advice from a bodybuilder video about how they get their bodies to burn fat efficiently. He said it was very hard to actually do but for 5 days go zero carbs, he repeated, absolutely zero carbs for 5 days. This will get your body into bu...

Re: Getting rid of belly fat ~ easy
I didn't go zero carbs, just cut out the bread and snack bars I usually took to work and cut back on pasta etc. Switched to almond milk for my breakfast muesli = less sugar. I'll go back to cows milk next shopping day. Did eat some bread again but it's the sprouted grains kind.
