High Volume Pushups
Mr. Atlas stated in the DT course that he did 200 pushups daily, and said that we should do at least 100 pushups daily, and if we were serious in obtaining top development, we should shoot for 200 reps per day. Pushups or dips as they are also called, was Mr. Atlas' favorite exercise, and many other...

Walking
Mr. Atlas advises us to walk 3 miles per day. What a tonic this is for the body! When I miss a day of walking, I feel guilty, because it makes me feel so good. Many fitness experts, doctors, etc. all say that walking is the best exercise you can do. I guess most of the posters on this forum take a d...

Exercises
Has anyone tried this? You just hold the upward pushup position for as long as you can. I can hold this position for about 2 minutes before my form collapses. You really feel it in your abs. Pushups are a great exercise, as it works your whole body from head to toe, no wonder it was Mr. Atlas' favor...

We all should remember also, that our strength and endurance may vary from day to day, depending on the demands that life makes of us, so on one day we might be able to do a lot more reps than on other days. The main thing to remember is to do what Atl...

Perpetual Lesson
The Perpetual Lesson is the greatest lesson ever written in fitness. It is brilliant, with 8 exercises that cover your body from head to toe. No wonder, as the greatest fitness course ever written is the Atlas course. There have been and continue to be, many imitators but no duplicators. Other fitne...

We Must Avoid The Seven C's
The seven c's can kill any attempt at maintaining a good diet. They are cakes (and pies), cookies, candies, chocolate, (ice) cream, chips, and crackers. If you can substitue raw fruits and vegetables for the seven c's, you're well on your way to maintaining a good diet. I have avoided the seven c's ...

Re: Swimming
I think that if they give you any trouble on a refund, you should contact the Better Business Bureau. Their policy is weird indeed.

You can begin by actually sitting down in a chair and getting back up, and then come down and barely to...
