THE ONLY WAY THAT I CAN ANSWER THAT QUESTION, IS THROUGH THE NUMBER OF DIPS I PERFORM. ON THE FIRST DAY I MANAGED 12 DIPS, JUST OVER A YEAR LATER I CAN DO 300 DIPS WITH EASE IN A SESSION. I THINK THAT THE OLDER ONE GETS, THE LEG TRAINING BECOMES MORE IMPORTANT.

SO MANY OLDER PEOPLE CAN'T BEND DOWN, AND GET BACK UP WITHOUT A STRUGGLE. IT'S A REAL SHAME.

PERSONALLY I WOULD STICK WITH THE DIPS, SUCH A POWERFUL EXERCISE.
IT TRAINS SO MUCH MORE THAN THE CHEST.
