Re: How Do You Do The Perpetual Lesson?

Arjuna, I have practiced the perpetual lesson twice a day the first time I finished the 12 week course. It can be done if you follow the advice of "train, do not strain". It is very easy to overtrain if you do not do so. Check how do you feel at the end of each trainig sessón. If after you shower yo...

Simon, I am glad to see you have come this far in the course. But I am a bit concerned with that feeling of tiredness you express you feel. For me it means you are pushing too hard and maybe are experiencing a overtraining. "Train, Don't Strain" is not simply a nice motto, but a whole new way to app...

By now I have worked up to 5 half handstand pushups (I just descend half), done for two sets. The first set is a handstand hold of one minute, just to prepare those muscles for the push-ups 8-) I am planning on getting the number up to 10 before trying to dip fully. I'll let you all know how I'm doi...

Re: Cold showers

Simonjr, Lesson 7 can be put into practice right off the bat because it does not include any exercises, just the value of water and how to apply it. If only for medical reasons, jump right into it!!!!! :D

Re: Charles Atlas dynamic tension lives on

I was hooked from the first day. Along the years, I have come across many things, but none is as complete as the DT course....

Re: How Do You Do The Perpetual Lesson?

Re: Handstand Accomplished!!!!

Ware, I could not agree more. BTW, I have now worked up to a 45 second hold. I am very excited because I am getting closer to my goal of trying handstand push-ups :)
