You might want to try walking for an hour every day. Doing total body exercises like walking, pushups, and squats are conducive to weight loss. And remember weight loss is 80 percent diet and 20 percent exercise.

Atlas Senior Citizen Workout
I shall be 75 next June, so I decided that henceforth I would do the Atlas workout that he did when he was 75, of 50 squats, 100 sit ups(crunches), and 300 pushups. Hello!
Where is everybody? It feels good to be an Atlas student who follows the wisdom of the Atlas course to train and don't strain. What's good about the program is that it is a program for life, not just a passing fad.

84 and still going strong! This longevity just goes to prove the quality of the course which was way ahead of its time, and the fitness advice offered in the course is really timeless.
