Re: endurance
Geosta, my answer would be an ambigous yes and no. For me, the concept of working on harder variations of exercises once you reach a certain level of strenth is of vital importance to keep the returns coming from those exercises. Thus, even though I am performing the same type of exercises the perpe...

DT is certainly an excellent system. It builds muscle AND strength, so you can deliver what you appear to!!!

Re: endurance
My new training routine is the way you mention. I will try to post it today latter to discuss it with you all. I never felt exhausted training every day the whole body, but wanted to experiment a little to gain more experience on the subject of every other day training. That is the beauty of DT, you...

Re: exercise rep speed
It is true that Mr Atlas advises to do the movements slowly. But I guess it all depends on what are your short term goals. If you are going after strength only, doing slow reps and much rest in between is the way to go. If on the other hand, you favor hypertrophy, a fast under total control tempo is...

Re: Need Your help
Pegasus, I know sometimes we get off track and want to be back on were we left right away. I would advise for you to take it easy. If you cannot perform push-ups on the floor, I would advise to do the following easier push-ups variations first. Work on one type of push-p and when you can perform the...

Re: Pyramids Or Ladders?
I have changed my training scheme two weeks ago (I will post about it soon) and I am performing all the bodyweight type exercises using pyramids. I go around them like this. My base number is my usual number of repetitions divided by 6. Hence, if I usually manage 30 reps of a given exercise, I would...

Re: when and where do you walk?
Geosta, sorry for the delayed answer. Usually it takes me around 45 minutes to complete my walk.
I totally agree with you about the treadmill or other devide to jog/walk indoors. Still, it is better to use these than do nothing.

Re: vintage program
Always redoing the DT course is a great experience. Is like bumping into an old friend you haven´t seen in a while. You always leave happy and satisfied with the encounter ;) You are less than two weeks shy of arriving were the two schedules start to differ. That is when it becomes important to star...
