How Old Are You?

I believe that most of us on the forum have been doing DT exercises for a number of years, and that a lot of us are over 50 years of age. Am I right? I am 70 years young, how old are you?

Hi Bridge,I'm knocking on 62 and have been an Atlas follower for well over 40 years, on and off I'm afraid! Do the Atlas ads still appear in American journals or elsewhere apart from the internet does anybody no?
There are plenty of Men's fitness magazines around today offering different types of workouts, but non I would say as good as DT and this should proclaimed! So basically lets have more people knowing about DT. which is far more than a work out but a way of life.

I haven't seen an ad for the DT course recently. It is definitely, overall, the best fitness course available, and has been for over 80 years. We may be oldies, but the Atlas course turns us into "oldies but goodies!" :D

I'm 38.

Been exercising regularly since Age 12, but only discovered the Atlas Course only when I was 36. Loved it!

Uhlaw97, you are obviously in great shape to be able to do 100 pushups/dips in a row. You haven't posted too many posts on the forum yet, but the posts that you have made have been very interesting. Welcome.

Today, August 4 I am turning 39!
I am working out since 12 and started DT a couple of years ago... and I realy think that DT is one of the greatest programs for health and strength ever!

19, the charles atlas course is the first course to ever really get me an awesome body.

Next i'm following an older school weight lifting course, just to build on it some more and shock the muscles, then i'lm going back to atlas.

All of my weight lifter friends are amazed at my body.

Hello everyone! I never let this age business bother me at all, it's the way you feel and act that's important. The main thing is to look after your self in every way possible and that means for me at any rate to follow the DT put down by Charles Atlas too many years ago to mention, together with a good sence of humour and a good lady!

Right on, Zigzag. If we stay fit following DT, and keep our minds active, we can push old age aside.

Geosta, I like your signature quote.
