Most of the time I only do one set each side but might also do them at odd moments. It's one of my faves in front of a mirror because of all the muscles that pop out in bold relief.

I usually do 3 sets of 10 of the palm exercise and usually together. Although the good thing about many of the exercises is that they can be performed at odd moments during the day, the important part is that you keep doing them!

I usually perform one set with high tension. But the important thing is that you do whatever numer of repetions and sets you feel comfortable with.
