Bodylastics disaster

Post by rocky »

I tried bodylastics and ended up with a smashed face, almost a broken jaw, and a hand badly bruised. I'm returning the thing tomorrow. Why I ever tried to do something besides the Atlas course, which has been so good for me, I have no idea.

I didn't knew about bodyblastics.

In the past I have use many methods and apparatus (weights, bullworker, expanders etc)
but I am always very sceptical about everything you have to mount on doors etc.

For the last 3 years I am using Dynamic Tension and it's by far the best method ever.

Not only I am stronger than ever before, I feel healthier and with more energy also.

And it feels much more natural than the artificial apparatus training methods.

Just, stick with the best!

I think is part of human nature to try and find better ways of doing things. For me the Atlas course is the best, but you sometimes want to check out other stuff out there. In the end, all reinforces what I already know: the Atlas course is the best. ;)

Most of that exercise equipment out there is just stupid gimmicks. You really don't need anything other than simple bodyweight routines to get in shape. Don't forget a good diet plan!

I've been in Physical Culture for 40 years now, and it is my experience that Dynamic Tension is the safest method there is. Forget the others. And there's nothing positive that the other methods can give you that D.T. can't deliver. So why risk severe injuries? Stick with D.T. and other D.T. type exercises, such as chin ups, etc.
