My new training routine is the way you mention. I will try to post it today latter to discuss it with you all. I never felt exhausted training every day the whole body, but wanted to experiment a little to gain more experience on the subject of every other day training. That is the beauty of DT, you are your own master. You do not have to blindly follow anyone's advice.

Are you doing the perpetual lesson?

Geosta, my answer would be an ambigous yes and no. For me, the concept of working on harder variations of exercises once you reach a certain level of strenth is of vital importance to keep the returns coming from those exercises. Thus, even though I am performing the same type of exercises the perpetual lesson calls for (ie push-ups, leg raises, etc.) I am not performing the exact variation it aks for (eg for push-ups I am not doing the Atlas dips, but an exercise very close to one arm push ups).
