COVID-19

Many community gatherings are cancelled even though we are at very low risk at this time. Schools here are closed for 3 weeks and my Yoga studio is closed as well. Some places won't handle cash.

Good job we have the Charles Atlas System.

The time is now to Exercise. We need people that are healthy and strong to either be safe or to help out where needed during this emergency. The "Dyanmic-Tension" Charles Atlas course is all you need to exercise at home. Keep #healthy and strong and stay home. Stay positive.

The best thing to do for you and your family is to self isolate. During the isolation exercise. This is one of the most important things to do to stay healthy and strong. Do not panic. Reassure others with positive stories.

Remember to stay at home as much as you can. Listen to local representatives and stay as calm as possible. Open a window and breathe or go for a walk outside.

What do you do in these uncertain times? Exercise, talk with friends and family members on the phone, stay calm for yourself and others around you and talk about good times and good things.

Besides exercise, remember to eat healthy and get sleep. If you feel worried or concerned.....then take time to breathe. Take a short walk, sit outside and breathe in the fresh air. Listen to your favorite music. Call a friend on the phone and just talk. We all need some encouragement. Don't give up. We all need you.

During this time of social distancing....how about challenge a friend online or on the phone to a fitness challenge.....of course using the Charles Atlas course. Start by going through the course together. Each lesson, even if you have done the course before start again. Update one another about your progress. Remember to take before and after photos and your measurements. After the course and when you are on the perpetual lesson for life, challenge each other. Go for a walk and see if you can keep up with one another. Come up with ideas on how to challenge each other and send us updates on your progress. Post them on either this message board, facebook or twitter. We would love to see what you have come up with using the Charles Atlas course. Remember never strain yourself. Keep exercising and stay healthy!!

In this day and age of a pandemic listen to anything that will keep you healthy and safe, no matter who it is or where they are from. Health is the most important thing in your lifetime. With great health you will be able to accomplish a lot more than without it. Stay Safe!
