Daily Abdominals

Recently I've been doing daily abdominal work, toe touches, side bends, full sit-ups and full leg overs. Also that exercise where you lay on your belly with hands behind your back and lift the upper body up.

Are your knees bent or straight?

Knees are straight but not locked out. No jerking like I've seen some do, always control.

Rule number one, don't anchor feet when doing sit-ups. I have done them in the past with knees bent and feet flat, this is used as a core strength test.
