Under the table

I've sometime put a broom handle across 2 chair backs to do reverse push-ups but that can be dodgy as chair can tip. Then I got under our solid dining table and did some reverse push-ups there and it worked really well, great for the forearms.

Henry, I used to do similar when I was on the road for my job. Most hotels I stayed in had a desk or table for the "business" traveler. Lay down grab the table top or shelf and pull.

When I did camping, I would sit at the wooden picnic table and brace my feet and do the Roman chair style sit-ups, where your head comes back and touches the floor. I can still do it, gave it a go a few months ago.
