That's so true!
Exercising makes you feel relaxed, confident, and with mental clarity.
Combining exercise with a cold - Atlas style - shower afterward makes you feel truly invigorated!

When you're feeling in the dumps
Don't be silly chumps
Just purse your lips and whistle, that's the thing
And
Always look on the bright side of life
People get together for walking groups and also in the parks nowadays exercise groups. Not just tai chi and yoga, people doing calisthenics. I use to stop in the park and do some Dynamic Tension
