As we age, it is a continual battle of the bulge, I am fighting it, as are many others. The DT course shows us the way to win this battle with sensible exercise and diet. What an investment I made when I bought DT! I wish I could be so wise in the stock market!

Ben that is pretty amazing, i lost weight too but took way longer - from September 2007 was 28% body fat - April 2008 21% body fat without diet - and i am still the same body weight. All my fat is around my waist so now working on abdominals in lesson 4.

I'm 58 and have a little extra fat around the waist for the first time that I can't lose. I'm hearing different reasons why. Ingesting a certain type of fat will help lose it; loss of testosterone in aging allows fat to accumulate there as testos. acts as a regulator of distributing fat evenly; one can do all the waist exercises there are daly and it won't necessarily help cut it off; fat doesn't store around active muscles which is why the bicep is usually exempt - what do you think? Should I buy testosterone from the store, nothing else is working and I won't try anything else on the market man made.

WHAT WE WOULD SUGGEST IS TO GO TO YOUR DOCTOR AND DISCUSS YOUR OPTIONS ABOUT GOING WITH TESTOSTERONE OR NOT. THERE ARE MANY GOOD THINGS ABOUT IT AND MANY BAD THINGS AS WELL. UNTIL YOU DISCUSS THIS WITH YOUR DOCTOR AND SEE WHAT IS A GOOD THING FOR YOU AS AN INDIVIDUAL THEN YOU WILL NOT KNOW. THERE ARE SOME SIDE EFFECTS OF TAKING TESTOSTERONE AS WELL. DON'T JUST START TAKING IT WITHOUT CONSULTING WITH YOUR DOCTOR. SOME PEOPLE DO WELL WITH IT AND OTHERS DON'T. HOPE THIS HELPS. FORUM ADMIN
