Most people ask if you are too old to work out when you come to a certain age. You are never too old to start working out. We have seen people in their 90s working out and that is what keeps them alive. Moving is very important to keep yourself healthy in your older age.

I remember in 1974 starting at a yoga studio, my teacher was 47 at the time, the same age as my mom. I told my mom she should get into some yoga and she would say "ack! it's too late for that", which now that I'm 70 is a ridiculous way to think. Had she took my advice her health could have been so much better, not just the exercise but eating habits become more healthy by having a regular exercise lifestyle.
