Strating back up on DT

HEY GUYS, IM BACK
AFTER A LONG ABSENCE A FEW BROKEN BONES AND A CHILD, IM READY AND WILLING TO GET BACK INTO THE PROGRAM. I STARTED OFF THE MORNING AND MAN AM I OUT OF SHAPE. I COULD ONLY MUSTER 8 DIPS ON MY FIRST SET, BUT I KNOW THIS IS A PROCESS AND IT TAKE TIME TO GET BETTER AT ANYTHING. I WILL HOPE FULLY BE POSTING UPDATES DAILY. ALL HELP AND ENCOURAGEMENT IS WELCOME FOR I WISH TO COMPLETE THE PROGRAM THIS TIME WITH THE HELP OF FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Hey Mickey, good to see you are back at DT! I tried going to a gym instead of doing DT but never got to the gym. After a year of good intentions and getting really out of shape I, like the Prodigal Son, went home. I started DT again on Christmas Eve. In a little over a month I will be through the course and on to the Perpetual Lesson. Good to see you doing well on DT. We'll travel this road together.

TONIGHT IS WEDNESDAY DAY THREE OF DT. ALREADY I AM IMPROVING ON MY DIPS I DID 20 THIS MORNING AND 25 ON MY EVENING PRACTICE. I WAS SORE FOR THE FIRST 2 DAYS (darn SORE THAT IS). BUT TODAY THE SORENESS HAS ALL BUT LEFT I FEEL GREAT. I WILL BE POSTING STATS (AS SOON AS MY WIFE BREAKS OF THE TAPE AND BODY FAT CALIPERS).

WAIST - 37 3/4 INCHES
HIPS - 36 1/2 INCHES
THIGH LEFT - 21 INCHES, RIGHT - 21 INCHES
KNEE LEFT - 15 INCHES, RIGHT - 15 INCHES
CALF LEFT - 14 INCHES, RIGHT - 13 1/4 INCHES

HEY GUY IT'S MICKEY WITH AN UPDATE. SO FAR EVERYTHING IS GOING GREAT. I HAVE A NEW JOB WITH NEW HOURS SO THE MORNING PRACTICE HAS BEEN A LITTLE TOUGH TO KEEP-UP WITH BUT I AM DOING MY BEST. MY DIPS ARE GOING UP ALMOST DAILY AT THIS POINT IM DOING ABOUT 30 PER SESSION AND I HAVE ADDED LESSON 2. JUST BY LOOKING IN THE MIRROR I CAN SEE A SMALL DIFFERENCE IN MY CHEST AND SHOULDERS. I FEEL GREAT GONNA START WALKING STARTING THIS WEEKEND IM GOING TO TALK LONGER WALKS WITH MY DOG PATTON.
