aerobic?

Post by curdog »

One of the criticisms I often see directed towards Dynamic Tension is that it isn't aerobic enough. I think this criticism comes from people who have never been through the course. These exercises get my metabolism up and going, and its EXTREMELY difficult for me to imagine how any system of exercize that demands three miles of fast walking, with much stretching and flexing, every single day is not aerobic. One of the things I notice about the course is that it has helped me to lose weight / fat. Fat is consumed in the fires of aerobic activity. Plus, anyone who has ever done a hundred (+) dips, squats, etc. etc. knows that it gets your heart going at a healthy rate.

I guess the point of this is just to say that Dynamic Tension is the whole deal. Muscle building, plus aerobics, plus good diet, plus good hygeine, plus good mental attitude. You just can't beat it.
