Skinny or Fat

Post by curdog »

One of the things I noticed when I read the old advertisments for DT in the museum section (if you haven't done so, you need to do it) is that most of his appeals were to young men who were SKINNY. This is especially noticeable in the old Made a Man Out of Mack advertisment (which is one of the most successful campaigns in all of history).

Now, we hardly ever hear about that today. Today we are struggling with the opposite question; how do we LOSE weight?

Exercise and nutrition are still the keys to either problem, and DT provides both keys.

I got my weight down to 140lbs, at this weight I'm pretty ripped, 31" waist with washboard midsection.
