Posting Again

Post by emfermi » Fri Feb 27, 2009 6:29 pm

Hello to every Atlas student in the forum. I had previously posted sometimes using "Luigi" as my nickname. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that acount, so I created this new one.

I have been practicing DT for sometime now. I even wanted to enter the Charles ATlas Trophy Contest, but I suffered a small injury which did not allow me to train for sometime. Thus, I did not feel up to the test (I did not took my after photos before injuring myself). Anyway, I have restarted the 12 lesson course again. It´s such a joy to be able to do DT again! I was starting to feel a little out of energy and DT has pumped my energy level up to the sky.

My goal for this year concerning physical development is to enter the Atlas Trophy Contest. I will be finishing the 12 lesson course in 2 months from now. I will inmediately take my after pictures then. From then on, the perpetual lesson combined with the "10 steps fort a better body" routines will get me were I want to be. In August I plan to take some more photos before retrieving my file to Charles Atlas ltd.

I will be posting more regularly now that I have come back to life again!

Best wishes to you all.

Just wanted to update on my progress. I am 3 weeks from completing the 12 lesson course and start with the perpetual lesson. I cannot wait to take my final measurements and take my photographs to send for the Atlas Trophy Contest. I only have my initial measurements (not the current ones), but I look more toned up. My chest is bigger, as well as my arms and legs. My middle section is starting to look firm, which I like a lot. I have received various positive comments from close friends and family members.

It's good to re-do the Atlas System now and then, I think some very good exercises get forgotten about.

You are right about forgetting some exercises Henry. You find yourself relearning some exercises. What I also found out was that I was performing some of the exercises in a different manner as it is explained in the course. I can not tell if for better or worse, but I prefer to stick to the way Mr. Atlas performed them.

I have being doing the Perpetual lesson for a week now. I am staring to save for that "Body By Atlas" t-shirt.

If everything goes as planned, I will take my "after" photos and measurements in 4 weeks time and send them to Charles Atlas Ltd. I have already written my letter, but I find myself reading it once in a while to try and improve it. English is not my mother tongue and I want to make sure it is understandable.

Best wishes to you all,
Luigi
