Re: boxing Champ
Rocky Marciano, Joe Lewis are two names that I've read about in boxing. Then the DiMaggios in baseball.
Maybe it's the economy and people are looking to cut expenses or maybe it's just good sense finally sinking in but I'm hearing about bodyweight and self resistance exercise all over the place now. Atlas was THE big promoter of that in his day. It's probably not too much of a stretch to say if an athlete is training with bodyweight and self resistance than he was influenced by Atlas in some way shape or form.

Re: boxing Champ
I have yet to witness a boxer using weights. The Atlas course is fabulous for boxers. Sure, they don't have the bodies of pro-bodybuilders, but thats mainly because they rely on bodyweight exercises, and they actually look BETTER.
